Degrees at Simpson University are divided into undergraduate degrees, nursing programs, adult studies, graduate studies, and seminary degrees. Students can pursue a variety of degrees in the ministry and Christianity, as well as several in areas like English, math, psychology, and accounting. Simpson University is a private university in Redding, California that was originally located in Seattle, Washington, when it opened in 1921. The university relocated to San Francisco in the 1950s and made a move to Redding in the late 1980s. The school is affiliated with The Christian and Missionary Alliance, which is a denomination that was founded by Albert Benjamin Simpson. The school is named after Mr. Simpson.
The university originally offered two-year degrees, but it would expand its educational offerings over the next several decades into various liberal arts programs and professional degrees.
