Online Foreign Language Programs Methodology

To find the 20 most affordable online foreign language schools, we started with over 60 colleges and universities. These schools offered at least one online foreign language program. But to narrow our pool of schools, we verified accreditation. We then selected schools that cost less than $21,000/year. We gathered tuition information from NCES College Navigator.
