5. Senator Patricia K. McGee Nursing Faculty Scholarship Program

The Senator Patricia K. McGee Nursing Faculty Scholarship Program is designed for nurse education majors residing in New York state. It’s a fairly large scholarship that can cover up to $20,000 of tuition costs for nurse education majors. Applicants are required:

to be residents of New York State for at least one year prior to application
be a registered nurse licensed to practice in NYS
hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher, among several other requirements.
