The University of Texas of the Permian Basin is made up of five colleges. Each one offers a high-quality higher learning experience for students at a variety of educational levels, including dual degree selections and online classroom options. The University of Texas of the Permian Basin was founded in 1969 and is located in Odessa and Midland, Texas on 600 graceful acres of land. Life on campus is full of interesting and compelling sights and opportunities. Some highlights include the performing arts center, the library, and the Stonehenge replica. The University of Texas of the Permian Basin is home to one of the largest outdoor pools in West Texas. The Odessa campus has a perfect three-mile park that surrounds the grounds.
