We reviewed 83 accredited, small colleges and universities with an undergraduate enrollment under 10,000 and undergraduate tuition of less than $32,000. The pool of schools was collected from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) College Navigator. We looked at schools that meet our criteria and offer online bachelor’s in communications degrees or closely related programs. We confirmed accreditation and chose schools with national, regional, or program rankings from major publications like U.S. News and World Report.
